Yeah, I have burned myself out, and thus learned the importance of this post&#039;s topic.

Part of my &quot;challenge&quot; is that I love what I do, so it&#039;s EASY for me to spend ALL DAY and much of the night on it.

Which, as you noted, leads to burnout.  No matter HOW much you love something, I think allowing for some other pleasures in life is key.

I recently committed that I wouldn&#039;t work past 7 pm (with clients).  I don&#039;t work weekends (with clients).  Which just ends up meaning that instead of working as the coach I get to work as the business owner.

Still working this one, you can tell.

Thanks for helping me remember it&#039;s important.  :)
